Paintball activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment issues, weather‑related hazards, and physical exertion.

You understand that a waiver is required for participation, including for minors (to be completed by a parent or legal guardian).
These Terms do not replace any waiver you sign. The waiver and safety rules may include additional terms that also apply.
Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may change at any time. Your payment method will be charged as part of completing a reservation or purchase. Taxes and fees may be added at checkout.
Promotions and discounts may have separate eligibility requirements, valid dates, or ID requirements.
Discounts may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
We may void a promotion or discount if eligibility requirements are not met.
Gift cards are non‑refundable and may only be used for eligible purchases.
Membership benefits, pricing, and terms may change at any time. Memberships are non‑transferable unless explicitly stated.
